Can you let me know how many numbers they let you register with voipfone?
Is the number capped at 10, 20 etc?
Can you get this released?
If they do cap the amount of numbers you can purchase can you then re-register? |

Been having problems lately when coming to the phone verification process. Im entering the correct code that paypal specifies on the site but it reply with "incorrect code entered". I already lost 1 account because of this & can't risk another
Im not sure if it sipgate works madsam i use a different service myself |

you are gettiing the call and hearing the code then? then there is nothing wrong with phone number, you will have to contact paypal about it |

No im on about the paypal verification part. The code appears in paypal, then you have too type the code in the phone for paypal to verify it,, as you already know. But when i type the code into the phone, i get the message "incorrect code, goodbye" aww this is the first time this has happened too me i've had zero problems till now. |

| I hear what your saying but my voip software is configuration is spot on its never caused any problems with past account verification, im starting to think now that paypal has caught on this. It worked on for my ebay account. strange.

no I agree, reports have been on forum for months and months that voip sometimes fails for paypal (not eb), usually though the problem isnt exactly as youve described it eg. getting code but it not being able to input, however I think your theory that voip is the issue highly possible. Me? Ive use virtual lines in the past, never voip, I heeded warnings
from past forumers, virtual numbers are more expensive, tie you in longer but the benefit is they sit on your existing landline, and there are no redirection issues. I have had a failure even with virtual number once though, fortunately letter went to accessible address , the reason was non-matching of their database. We get alot of these on forum, and so thats not just a voip issue necessarily... |

Thanks for your reply oompaloompa. The voip service i have used has worked flawlessly for at least 8 paypal accounts up until now. The service i was using is coms, so it no longer works for paypal but is still good for ebay. Just so ppl know.
When i make my accounts the information never matches their database, i thought this was normal?
Can anybody out their confirm a voip service that has worked for them recently with paypal, like within the last few days ? Hours even lol |
