 Ultra Mobile
I thought I would contribute the knowledge I have as I am in the mobile phone industry, and there are many new MVNOs (people who lease big companies cell towers) opening up what seems like everyday.
The new one which is up and coming is Ultra mobile Ultra Mobile they use Tmobiles services (so its the same towers you get with Tmobile in your area).
The plans start at 19 dollars which gets you 250 min a month and unlimited global texting!!!! Which is awesome if you need to text your China sources which I personally get much faster responses when I text them. Also you get 1.25 monthly international calling credit. So if you are calling China (the call rate is .01 per minute) that gives you 125 minutes each month to call there. They have other countries on their list as well.
***The main great thing about these MVNOs is they are hungry to get/keep customers, so if you call customer service and tell them that you have a recycled number and you keep getting calls, they will change your phone number free of charge. Which I am sure is great for all of that use the stealth method.***
Simple Mobile is another MVNO that doesnt charge to change your phone number.
These are sim card based services, so you can have 1 phone and a bunch of sims that you swap around. Also you can get the cheap chinese phones that support Dual Sims so you can have 2 lines, and 2 google voices forwarded to those numbers so thats a total of 4 lines LIVE on one phone.
