One for sure reason is ive tried it personally and a second reason is it makes sense anybody can buy a trac it is a prepaid no credit check no connection to anyone phone and is not a help to confirm identity or location like a landline

Are you still having this problem with paypal? I remember you posting this 6 months ago?

The reason for this is how you are operating your paypal account.

I have had almost no problems with paypal and I really believe it's because I only operate my paypal account from the same computer/user account, with a good IP all the time

I'll never log in from anywhere else, I use logmein so I'm able to operate this way from anywhere I am, and haven't had an issue with paypal in a very long time

The one time I had an issue with the verify location with the phone when I tried to withdrawal money by logging in from my cell phone with a public IP when I first started stealth and one other time when I tried to add a new bank account and make a withdrawal

But I never have problems , I'll withdrawal 5-7 times on busy accounts a day in increments of $150-200 and never a problem

I honestly think the main reason I avoid that situation is because I always log in from e same computer

Yes good stealth practices keep this limit or security check far away from good accts but shaky accts still get this

I dont have this issue but I see people always giving people who do the buy a tracfone advise and standing by it and that just does not work

Yea it's hit or miss, I had this once when I first started and actually was able to receive the code on GV.

Paypal is looking for a Landline number that is in public records that matches your name and address that is on your paypal account that is why it's so hard to get around this

But it will work randomly it seems on any phone at any given random time m so that is why some say trac phone works and others say this and that

When you first started i agree but things keep on changing and again i say if your getting this your acct has other issues and imo tracfone is not a good option. Thanks for the clarification I hope that helps others to understand why some services dont or might not work to solve this limit

Yea there is no answer for this other than to operate to avoid it all together.

Yes that is the true answer i have not seen it a long time and i assume that is because of my stealth improvements in my accounts
