Details about Tracfone zip code
 

Hey all,

I am setting up tracfones for the first time and my understanding is that the zip code on your tracfone must match the zip code on your Stealth address. Now, when you activate the phone and it brings you through the account set up as well, it asks you what zip code will you be using the phone most. Then when you finish and go to your profile it shows the zip code that you entered. So, my question is, if my tracfones are going to be from different zip codes, then I need to make a separate on-line account for each tracfone with the matching zip code in the profile?

I am asking because I was originally thinking that I might be able to create one on-line account to manage all my tracfones and then give a different zip code when I am activating ( at the time they ask you the zip code that the phone will be used most )... I am thinking that's not gonna work. Seems I need different on-line accounts for all because verification goes by the zip on your profile?

Personally I take the safe route and register each phone individually, with its own individual address that is associated with the stealth account. After getting the process down and registering dozens you can get pretty fast at it.

Yeah, trying to streamline if I can, but that sounds like the best bet.

it is a better approach.

It save errors in info that might (accidently) link accounts.

You could make a combo of both files to keep all needed info at hand.

Works really well for stealth.

I agree....I use only tracfone, and set them up one per ebay account, one at a time. Doing it this way, I've yet to have a problem.
