you can pay them directly via credit card entered on ebay website
from where you are paying the fees normally, there is a direct cc payment option

also the buyer will need to agree to do so, some will not because they will be less protected when dealing outside of ioffer but just paypal...as i said must be done in the proper way, could take...

yes if you get buyers email somehow and ioffer does not detect this, it will work, must be done in the proper way otherwise is considered risky.

every time you use a new setup paypal with your old ioffer account it will be limited.
they link information between both and once you got limited for a first time, every PP you use with that ioffer...

if you know how to operate makes a big difference. an aged account with enough feedback and no limits is quite a precious thing to own and everybody who deals with ebay must agree to this.

i have tried this already, fresh pay pal account first transaction was 2980 USD in buying.
its still in good working...
