Biggest point of advice is MAKE SURE YOUR MAKING MONEY. So many ppl I know will keep undercutting there competition so many times they are really doing nothing but wasting their time.

I Work for a bank and I know for a fact WellsFargo.... Bank of America... SunTrust Bank... Ally bank ...all allow this to happen they don't care they just want your money.
