I have not tried personally but I have been told by many individuals that VCC is no longer an option for billing method.

If anyone has luck with a different VCC provider here in the UK please lmk....

Empty your ETSY balance and move on. New stealth, new info. No point in using stealth info on legal documents when you can just move on quicker with a new account.
