All prepaid cards such as Qiwi, Yandex or Webmoney do not work anymore. You should use virtual card from real Russian bank. Virtual mastercard from Alfa bank works well. Sberbank and VTB24 work too.

Revolut works good. But if you are going to withdraw large amounts they may ask to verify the origin of the funds.
