You’re using VOIP phone numbers. Use a real sim like T Mobile or Sprint. Just buy the cheapest plan to activate the phone number.

I think it’s best to stick with one IP per account to avoid getting linked and suspension. Might be costly buying more IPs but its worth keeping all accounts alive that way.

Well if they are going to suspend new accounts registered under fresh info and new IP then I guess they will just go out of business soon. It’s even happening to people who genuinely never used Ebay...
