My personal suggestion is to wait 2-3 days AFTER the cash is released (assuming you have 21 day holds). Also, I would leave enough cash to cover a few refunds (just in case).

People adding Capital One 360 or other blacklisted banks will receive this message. Use quality banks to avoid this problem.

Seen it happen with banks that are blacklisted or proven as problematic for use with paypal.
Your best bet is to try to use a different bank. DO your research on the forums to find which banks are...

I rarely suggest calling paypal but in this case you should cal them and ask them exactly what they need from you. Oftentimes they have a question about just a single item. If you dont have receipts...

Sometimes, when I am wary about a buyer, I use it on items as low as $100.

Also, open the paypal as a personal account using stealth info and only add the EIN when demanded. If you open right away as business they want both the EIN and SS of user. Go about the other way and...
