I think you're selling a high risk item and that is probably what flagged the account. Call support and they should be able to fix the problem and reinstate your account .

Bank of America will work with mismatch name deposits, Ready Debit, Rush and every other card similar (99.9999% of these cards) will NOT work with mismatch name deposits.

You cannot withdraw funds from a US paypal to a card.
Only bank based withdrawals are allowed.
