Yes there are no rules with paypal and their funny ways. Another option is to use the PayPal app, be warned though it wants access to almost everything on your phone. I keep an old handset totally...

Thats become the new standard in the last 6 months or so and youre not the only one experiencing it.
Not much to do about this other than try to gain more trust with them by sending smaller payment...

PayPal can't see how many bank accounts you have.. no worries. As for instant verification, I wouldn't do it. I personally wait for the deposits to verify.

If opening accounts within the same bank make sure to space them out over time. Open two accounts at the same time and you end up with account numbers that are very close - perhaps even in running...

It really is. I've seen a member who had somewhere around 10+ accounts on the same bank with no problems.
But diversification is always a better option if possible. :)

For the IP address, it's not a problem to use an IP address away from your ebay address.

Opening 10 to 15 accounts with a single bank IMO is not needed.

Its a lot safer to spread out the 15 accounts at 5/6 banks keeping it to just 2/3 bank accounts per bank.
