The problem with a lot of these big VPN providers is that they heavily recycle IPs. Even if it's dedicated. And dedicated doesn't mean you're the only one using it.. they can have the same IP for 100...

It's not that VPN's in gereral are bad to use. When I refer to "VPN" I am talking about the underlying technology of the Virtual Private Network, or the connection type.

Found a solution... I deleted the credit card from the payments option in the Amazon buyer account and then re-added the card on the seller account. Worked. Hope this helps someone.
