They keep suspended stores in their database, if you're uploading all the same products again they'll know and suspend you, even if you "change" the images.

Exif data is information saved within a picture such as camera info, and if you use a phone it saves even more info that you don't want Ebay/Etsy to have.

I would recommend taking brand new pictures, run them though an exif data removing software, New Titles, New everything.

Why do you need an EIN only account? I haven't come across a bank account that is EIN only ever, they always require a SSN of the main account holder. It's not much of an issue with Etsy or Paypal...

One of the simplest and cheapest options to solve your ip issues is a dongle or phone tethering. Keep a record of all used ip addresses. You can find more information if you search it on the forum.
