The W8BEN form is cake. Its simply asking if you are a US citizen or not for tax purposes.

Are you a US citizen? Im not 100% sure about this but by confirming you are a US citizen on the W8BEN...

From my understanding Amz.com will ask you your tax identity for the W8-BEN interview for tax purposes. Simply put you are non-US resident / citizen for tax purposes.

I personally wouldn't worry...

Only if you have a dedicated network adapter for each user account on your PC.

MAC addresses can't be seen by anyone on the internet and are irrelevant. You need to worry about changing your IP...

I have personally disabled my stores two-step without any issues. I don't think its a problem. They just require you to enable it by June 30th but don't state its a requirement to keep active.
