You use your real ID on a new bank account for your new stealth account.

The bank account must not have been used with paypal before.

I found that logging out of paypal for a few days (don't log back in during this time) while at the same time, building ebay cookies will help a lot.

What you must do right now is go back to your seller.

Work out with him what to do.

The seller was correct about changing info too quickly with accounts.

I think you should be able to change/edit that number somehow.
But if you can't see any way to edit it -- I suggest you wait a little or call PP and tell them you've made a mistake while entering...
