We are allowed 6 email addresses per paypal account,one being primary.
if he adds yours to his account,then you will be notifed when someone sends you payment .
but I still dont understand or does...

I think PayPal has the ability to verify that the business ein belts to the business owners because some sites are on request...

Yes, it also depends on the specific Usa state
