Just call them they will not ask you not asking nothing just the think that you put date of Burt bla bla then tell them that 180 days past and they will tell you please log in in 10 min and you can...

Must be a glitch on their system. Have you tried calling them with regards to the issue? It's worth a try, and just ask them why you can't withdraw.
