Facebook / instagram Ads?

Anyone here know how to do facebook ads or isntagram ads? I get the initial concept but my issue comes in on retargeting people..

I have sites and such for good products but getting only 1 or 2 sales per week.

You will have to warm up your facebook account before anything and make sure the payment method matches the name on the facebook account. That is just for beginners.

There are 4 step that you can understand for Facebook and Instagram ads
1. Create a business Page and profile.
You must have a Facebook Page to run ads and create a free business profile on Instagram. If you don't have one yet, create a Page.

2. Set up your ad.
Select your ad objective, target audience and ad format in Ads Manager. Or select a post that you've already shared on Instagram and tap Promote. We recommend that you let Instagram automatically create an audience of people similar to your existing followers.

3. Determine your budget.
Decide how long your ads will run and what budget you're comfortable with spending.

4. Publish your ad.
Now that your ads are ready to go, click Publish. You'll receive a notification when your ads are approved and ready to run.

When you're ready to run Instagram ads, start in Ads Manager and select Instagram as a placement. You don't need an Instagram account to run ads on Instagram. You can use your Facebook Page or a connected Instagram account (if you have one). How to create Instagram ads in Ads Manager
To select Instagram as a placement for your ads:

Go to Ads Manager.
Select Create.
Choose an objective that supports Instagram as an ad placement.
Select Continue.
Fill in the details for your ad set.
At the placements section, you can select Manual placements and select Instagram to have your ads appear on Instagram. If you select automatic placements, your ad will run across a variety of Facebook placements, including Instagram to give you the best value for your ads.
Select Continue.
You have now selected Instagram as a placement. You can complete your ad by adding details for your ad's identity, format and related links. Once you have filled in these details, you will be able to preview your ad before submitting it for review. Once your ad has been approved, it will appear on Instagram.
