I mean in the whole history of this 15 years account I maybe opened a couple cases. This was ther first case I had opened in maybe about a year or two. I don't know about those things as I am UK.

It was a laptop. Tracking showed it was delivered but I think it must have been stolen as was gone when I got home. I guess ebay didn't believe me and yet they give me a refund.

I don't know much about MP, I just paid my seller fees by monthly paypal.
So it was just the one item that was an issue a blacklisted phone. I was scammed myself and just wanted to make some money...
