Once you go through the verification for iCard you can then create a virtual VCC 'gift card'

It cost £1 to do so and I believe the minimum load is £1, this would be a gift card with no name...

You cannot withdraw to a credit card / prepaid / vcc in the uk, it is a bank account only that the money can be withdrawn to.

There are countries that you can withdraw from PayPal to a card, but...

So does the main EntroPay account / card have to be matching for no issues, or can you have one of the sub cards in the same name to withdraw to and this would / would not cause an issue?

Like paying a higher price than the going rate as PayPal is a risky payment option as you can receive the Bitcoin and then raise a dispute / chargeback, lot of people won't accept it or require a lot...
