it's working but slowly, I click print label then go to another tab to work on something else and it connects after a few minutes, gonna take me two hours to do labels at this rate

I just installed the printer to computer, then print the 4x6 labels. These are the labels that are two to a sheet, not a roll.

I also have as a back up plan, I purchased those little shipping...

I use a laser printer (brother brand from office max was on sale for $79)
and buy in bulk the shipping labels from ebay.....I ship 200 to 300 packages a month, works for me.........

Maybe because quickbooks is on line and you can access from any computer, don't have to worry about computer crashing and losing the info, it is what I use.

Go to the fed ex web site and track package from there, it should show it was refused or undeliverable and returned to sender, when that happens it never updates that info in the tracking on ebay or...
