You missed that part it seems.. PS: In the case you can do it, you often have to send the item outside your own country. That's why the reseller is supposed to take it and make the transfer for you....

They offer either that, either partial refund. The original mail complain about return/refund, it's same thing in fact... It's a very small item. They made me angry already and not being able to use...
