okay so basically i make a new linux vm in vmware workstation 10 and i connect to a vpn server based in london and i make the ebay account. then a day later i make the paypal with the same details....

ibvpn. don't know about their track record with eBay stealth etc. what are you ideas they're pretty cheap per month so i thought they would be perfect for a few accounts to get up and running

Hi guys, i'm new to making stealth accounts etc but i've made two ebay accounts with two seperate paypal accounts in the past month and a half. I've been using a paid vpn service with static ip's.

yeah all they said is get a transaction id. what is that? is that what you did or did you do something else like the webcam your card thing?
