What is meant to be said is that if you switch dongles under same account raises measures.

Vodafone is great, i support them as other aussie...

Ok.....Use a telstra dongle for X accounts in rotation, then plug in a Vodafone dongle and you will see what happens to X accounts. Like dominoes.

100% new one each time. Disconnect for 5-15 seconds and you are guaranteed a new IP. As long as same dongle is used for all accounts you have no problems. The minute you use a Vodafone dongle then...

Best trick is to always befriend your local post office. I use 2 in the area and they are very helpful. One trick they can do is print out receipts again...

Situation was I double bagged the item, posted and gave 1 tracking number for both items. Customer was a greedy bugger and decided to double dip and play the 'goods...

-Buy a Internet dongle USB (telstra/Optus etc) from ebay
-register and go about your business as you would normally on ebay/paypal
-each time...
