Ive been having this issue now for months.

What kind of questions do they ask you? Last four of SSN name address phone? Or is it a random questionaire identity check like ebay does? I cant see...

Any bank it doesnt matter. No it has nothing to do with adding a business name. The acct is not EIN verified only ssn but it has a business name and merchant acct this is 10yrs old.

I guess the key here is to upload EIN info before the prompt for more info so that they dont have a reason to dig.. then again they do what they want.
