I was reading that in the US they inform the IRS when a PP account has reached 20k in payments or 200 transactions worth of payments, Is there not something like this for UK accounts?

Something to do with i had claimed to many refunds from my eBay accounts... Guess someone had reported me & they looked into it. The account was ' Limited ' an they asked me so send ID the day it got...

I had my original first ever made PP account limited just over 6 months ago so i have contacted them via email asking for release of my funds (£1800) since the 180 days had passed without any issues...

I understand that when you are selling on eBay that you should have a User Account & also be letting your Cookies / History build up.

Yeah i have read the Stealth Book.

I did not mention anything about making PayPals? ( I don't plan to )
