I logged in and tried a few things:
Type in the box Thailand - error (RED - enter numeric only)
Leave box empty - Auto set to USA
Type in the box 10260 - set to NY USA see attached image

i tried that and it says, please enter a valid zip code. There is no option to select country. It looks like a new listing page from ebay. I remember in the past to be able to select country or enter...

Item location is important. You never know for what ever reason a buyer open a case to ask a question. This result as case opened and count in your seller performance. Don't take the risk. :mod:

A week ago, opened new ebay and paypal account. Linked, credit card... everything as mentioned in the stealth book. All went well.
