when i go to set up bank account i have 2 option one is malaysia bank account or usa
not any other country.....
the problem is agent told me to upload bank statement for remove the limitation ,...

i am not in malaysia ,this is a stealth account
yea i created the account without bank account,i verified with VCC
and its works for 2 years....
