I don't have bank account :( Just UnionBank debit card

Might create an EastWest savings bank account tho :)

Thanks! :) I have Philippines stealth PayPal account. So withdrawal would still go through even tho paypal and bank have mismatched names?

Country is Philippines. So after 180, I have to wait if they'll email me if funds are eligible for withdrawal?

Hi, my paypal just got limited. If I don't send in the documents (proof of billing, photo id, cc statement, more payment info), will I still be able to withdraw the funds after 180 days?
