Do we know which banks are paying the quickest? In the US some banks take 3-4 days to get payment, others get in 1-2 days. Also, no weekend payments correct?

HSBC, BMO, TD, RBC, Tangerine, and probably the other big ones too all allow you to open an account over the phone after sending the required documentation, you could also open a CAD currency account...
