I can't send money or make payment because the account is limited .
Nobody respond to my messages . Also no phone call at the moment . Don't know what to do .

the card number are : 453755..... the money are in GBP and the account is in UK .

I have Permanent limited PP and got message that I'm able to withdraw the money from my account , but when I try to send the money to my VCC the system gives error and appear white screen...

There are no active phone number to call them . The only way is sending messages, but nobody answer it .

I use static IP's . Cannot be guaranteed they are 100% fresh .
Yesterday I got Fresh VPN IP from 24VC and happened the same , got " no longer register user " status in minutes .

I followed the stealth guide and create new accounts - New IPs ,new computers , phone cards , names , addresses . Ebay delete my profiles a minute after make the registrations.
