I had this happen 6 days ago I refunded buyers while I could - was advised by eBay even not to ship- communicate with buyers let them know - I still have scam buyers claiming they didn’t get refund...

Thank you they blocked my new PayPal that day I actually had 30 bucks on from doing an edit with a client:) any suggestions as I have lots of product left eBay in good standing even raised selling...

My PayPal got limited was linked to two old accounts where I was flipping websites.. and got burned - nothing happen to eBay as I was selling clothes gradually to make a few extra bucks. I sold one...
