My US paypal stealth accounts no bank account attached and just a visa gift card seems to be working just fine after the policy update. I even did a test transaction by sending money to this account...

Does anyone know which U.S. debit cards will work for PayPal withdrawal? I have tried Chase and Wells Fargo. Both of these don't work.
