you need to make a new account then you can, can't unlock an account that's been locked when you were underage :P

OK quick update, I submitted the docs and paypal denied it, instanly after they did I got an e-mail that funds are eligible for withdrawal haha!

yeah i dont need them at all, just sucks that it's stuck there and would feel more comfortable having it in my bank, shouldn't have rushed sending the docs in i guess, we'll see tho :P

i mean, i don't really need the money now, i'm fine when it comes to money, just wanted to take that off the limited...

yeah turns out my account was just waiting for docs to be submitted, couldn't really do anything else. maybe they'll just accept my ID tho and I'll be able to send it out to another paypal/withdraw,...

I just sent my ID as changing all the details would take a long long time since I'd need a lot of documents.

I'm 18 now and I could change the date before uploading the ID picture so maybe it...

here u go, however i don't think i can send them my ID as I have a wrong birth date on my account and I also used the ID to verify another paypal...

last payment was about the same time i got limited, so around 190 days

and it seems like i can link and remove my bank, it's not a limitation for anything illegal, just crossed the limit of 2,5k...

I made a support ticket for now and will see if they can do anything there, but from what I've seen most people just get an auto reply. If it doesn't help I'll call them.

It has been 190 days today and I haven't even recieved an e-mail saying that my funds are eligible for withdrawal, which I should get I reckon?

I added a new bank, yes and tried withdrawing it,...

Got limited for getting over 2,500 euro onto my paypal account and couldn't confirm the identity due to me being underage at that time. It has been 190 days now and I haven't got an e-mail...
