except I dont see it on recent activity

possibly overwhelmed by number of cases ?
lots of stuff didnt get delivered or is late for weeks

had very unpleasant experience on e bay -sold electric scooter-two wheels ..buyer claimed on e bay he didnt get it ..tracking shows delivered..ebay closed that first claim..buyer then goes to open...
