The most recent feedback from Paypal's agent: they have arranged for me a phone call from their back-end team.
I'm still waiting for that call.

I've tried to do that but they hang me up all the time since the staffs are limited during this time. So basically I have to use Live Chat. Everytime is a new agent and they misunderstand the case....
