I'm using real details but the case will likely get thrown out because it was a former stealth account. Plus the costs of a solicitor make it not worth it.

I've tried 3 times contacting the buyer...

I've read that funds from suspended accounts are released after 45-72 days automatically.

I've also been told by eBay webchat to file a complaint to CSSF. I think I'm going to go ahead with this...

Is it possible for eBay to just pull the money directly out of your bank account? Or subtract it from any future sales?
