I find that its best to print shipping label directly with ebay if you're on a newer account. I tried printing labels on other platforms and entered tracking manually and I noticed much longer wait...

If the money is still on hold after delivery then you are likely selling a High Risk item or the cost is over $1000. Or could be a brand new selling account
