No I never had that problem because when my accounts gets suspended they already have the bank attached and verified so the money comes in 30-60 days

This is why I always purchase a item from myself to start a eBay seller account. I wait until a few days after the item is sold to add the bank though. The suspension rate is too high to waste a bank...
