sorry for the confusion no, I meant a different bank account but same bank as my main bank. Anyway on one of many attempts they fixed it on chat just now. Said it was a "security feature" - bank...

yeah typical fresh proper bank that I have used before, obviously new account but linked to my main real account like I have done successfully in the past
