I tether my cell phone via an app called pda.net. It uses the cell phones internet service on the laptop.
Created a new user on my laptop.
Got a prepaid visa to register. Got an email from gmail....

how do you create new ebay accounts without getting them blocked by ebay. Everytime I create a new one they block the account and send one those emails.It makes you call them to verify your identity....
