they know what they are doing. If 100% of the 80% signed, EBAY would still do the same thing.
It is all about money.

they don't want the small sellers anymore.
In the long run, EBAY is changing, and they are phasing us out.
Ironically, it is likely good for the stock because they will focus on the accounts...
