Another thing is to open multiple accounts if you know exactly what your doing I.e 100% stealth.
Leave some accounts make them and let them sit. This way if one gets blocked you have options....

Speaking from experience accounts are less likely to be deleted if you build high feedbacks and secondly if you use a proper card that can get charged at any time. I.e avoid vcc's
