You will probably have your funds refunded and you will be able to withdraw in 180days. I dont know about warehouse numbers, but it's better you ship with usps, ups, fedex, recognizable shipping...

Based on experience I have had this happened many times with paypal. What you need to do is provide tracking numbers and wherever he lives have him ship something to you with a tracking number even...
