DHL and UPS HK are the same.
You pay more to get your package a "priority spot" on the plane instead of sitting in HK for many days.
I use reliable and more expensive DHL provider and my DHL...

Did you use fedex IE service?
It all depends on how much you pay for the shipping service.
Some fedex ie shipping service is cheaper than other fedex ie service.
Your shipper or their shipping...
