might be mistaken but assume OP refering th the livechat box for ebay, written online comms, does not exist for pp.

chat do not accept docs anyway, and they never did.....
if I could not get in an acc years ago, they would verify me with questions and links...but not anymore, they ask you to phone. chat used to...
