It could be also one of potential reason of limitation because at least 2-3 times I withdraw money from few accounts in the same day. But there is thousands of accounts which withdraw money every...

Yes, these 5 accounts has been made in about 2 weeks, different between them is 2-3 days.

The accounts are in different city, I'm selling similar items and there were similar item descriptions, emails are different from each other.
