My 2 stealth Paypal have the same problem, on the they are limited, it says that it is limited to access and need to confirm ID but go to the resolution page, it isn't asking for any information like...

But i have not did any thing to my accounts and one year later just limited, so i am thinking that it maybe safer to use my new stealth after xmas time?

The same as mine 3 stealth accounts and i have no confidence to use the new stealth one before xmas, the same is as mine, in the resolution page, it is even NOT asking for any information to upload....
