Sure, almost my account has the same problem is yours, some accounts need more days (15 -> 21 days), some account need less day (10->14 days) but almost account will be release after 14 days. :bounce:

I usually have "hold 21 days" and require 3 steps to leave it: 1. 5 exchanges successful; 2. Total exchanges cost is $100; 3. Your age of account at less 3 months. However, you just only need 14...
